Will a '97 Infiniti intake fit on a '95 Max?

A friend has one, and may get rid of it, and I was wondering how similar the intakes are. Also, will my O.E. air box, and all related hardware fit on his, from the MAF forward? He bought it, it came with the intake and his wife wants it stock. He lives in another state, so I can't just pull it and test it out, anyone know if we can do this? I want this really badly, and this is the only way I can afford it right now, so I'm hoping everything will be copacetic. I may have my first mod soon, and it's about time.

An I30, of course

Sorry I didn't specify, I diodn't think I needed to. I guess some people are that dense, though, sadly. Do you know that they are the same, or just guessing. I need to know before I pull all of this and he does and we spend $$$ on shipping, only to find out it doesn't work. If I knew someone here with an I30, especially a '97, I'd check myself, but I don't, so....

Thanks again,
Lee

I believe the 95's have a little sensor hooked up the stock airbox that the 97's do not have (or has it, but it's relocated away from the airbox). So, I think in your case, it won't work. If you had any other year Maxima, it would have worked, but not with the 95.
