ECU Code 0705 ugly need help

A buddy of mine is throwing code 0705 according to the FAQ section here that code is a tough one. Points to the Evap. control system and there is a ton of stuff it could be, the list goes on and on. I read on here once somebody blead the canister??? Aparently it collects water sometimes? Any help here would be appreciated.

The EVAP canister may be removed from the vehicle and upended to drain accumulated water. After draining the canister, weigh it. If the canister (with the EVAP CVCV attached) weighs more than 4.0 pounds, replace it.
