i have the 99 lense and it is clear but it won't give a nice beam of light when driving like the 5th gen? i know the 5th gen is h4 but hey, hid's are suppose to be strong. i wanna see the road real bright when i drive. i'm updating to the phillips now. anyone hear anything bad about the phillips hid?
