I wonder if a 97+ would have less damage.

Isn't 95-96 bumper design a POS?

at least...

at least the grill looks ok. It's good that you walked away from it. I've helped crack open some heads from accidents that did less damage. Lesson learned kids.... Seatbelts are our friends. hope you have better luck with a different color.

That is simply amazing. It makes me feel safer about the outcome of a high speed accident if one ever happens to me in my car.

I'll bet

hitting that pole was a hell of a jolt!I still can't believe that was still drivable. That must of been making some awful noises on the way home. That's the worst wreck I've ever seen of a Maxima. Glad your OK! Man that's crazy...

Something I saw

This reminds me of something that I saw. It was last winter and about 3am in the morning. I'm sitting at a red light and I watch through my rear view, this car swerve all over the road and one of its headlights go out. I thought I was seeing things when this Camry pulls up with an antler from a buck sticking out of its winshield. I looked again to see if it wasn't something else, and the whole from of this lady's car is busted in and it has blood streaks all over ther hood and down the passenger side. I get out of my car and run over to her, she's in total shock, has no clue that she just hit a deer. From what I could tell the antler busted throuh the winshield when she hit the 6-8 point buck. I guess it kicked and thrashed its way until the horn dislodged from its head... It was so funny seeing this horn sitting out of the window...he he he. She had that deer in the head light look too... I wonder if they just stared each other down till she stopped for the red light....
