Here's the rim ...

It looks pretty plain jane .. but I saw it on a modded Jetta & the rim looks really clean! I would never have looked twice @ this rim if I saw it in a catalog .. but it looks really good in person!

Also ... do you guys know of other rims that look are similar to this that may be cheaper?

Tkx!

I have similar looking rims on my Max. They're 17s though, I didn't want to go too big for performance issues.

Just to give you an idea what they look like. Yes, that's a huge ugly wheel gap because my stock suspension. Don't laugh at me.

They're pretty old school, been out for a while now. But it's a classic, clean look that's pretty much always in style. It's a Konig, so it's pretty cheap already, not many cheaper copies out there.

konigs are cheap? r they not considered a more perf rim? I understand they aren't that expensive but they're a decent price for a below avg weight rim I think ..

what would u consider more expensive then? these r the ones I know of

BBS
volk
Racing Hart ...

I plan on getting the Verdicts whenever I want to shell out the cash for them. I once had my eye on some Lowenharts but I decided to keep my car pretty light.

Vedicts are a very good choice.......

I know I love mine.....

the Villains are just another slim line 5 spoke design I will see if I can find some sites with a similar rim...where have you looked and what kind of prices have you found?

Konig? Cheep? Uh, actually

I just bought some Konig 17x8 Caffeines. Great looking rim, and only 20Lbs. each. As for quality they have been great for me. I have driven HARD on them and no dents, dings, curbage what-so-ever.

My sig has the Caffeines on my max. They look soo much better in real life. I need to take a pic from the direct side when the sun isnt so bright. They look so much better.
