Attn: 97-99 Clear/Red Tail Owners *Rear Corner Light Mod*

For those of you with the 97-99 Red/Clear taillights, this little light mod is for you. Lately I've been asked a lot on how I made my rear corner light alternate with the rear blinker when I signal like in the front, so I figured I post it here. It may be new to some people, it may be an old mod, but I think it should be posted again for those who missed it. Its pretty simple, splice the black wire coming from the corner bulb socket to the green wire of the rear blinker socket and your done. Very similar to the front bumper rewire. Both bulbs blink at the same time when the park lights are off and blink alternately when they're on. My setup is, I have a red Polarg bulb in the rear blinker, and a hyperwhite Polarg 194 bulb in the corner, so at night it blinks, red, white, red, white, etc. Well, is it worth a try?

Will this work with the stock bulbs too for those who have not done the red/clears yet?

I think there is a rear corner bulb in your tails, but I think they're located in the red part of your outer tails so if you put another color bulb in there it'll just shine red, but you could check again, I might be wrong. If they're located in the amber part (in the clear part for those of you with red/clear tails e.g. Jason) than it could be possible.

It may be off topic, but my girl says she's getting me the blue indiglo needles like yours, so you might have to give me some tips when I install them, I'll let you know later though.
