Woohoo, Success!

Well, it was a good weekend for my Max. A friend and I were able to install my new spoiler and I cleared my taillights. The rear end looks completely different. I'm very excited about it because I was able to do it all myself. I'm thinking y-pipe for my next mod. Followed by wheels/tires. Thanks guys for showing me the light.

Good job man. I was proud of myself also, and felt really good when I did mine.

It feels good when you can do it yourself and not have to pay someone an arm and leg.

My next mod will be my suspension. I'm undecided if I should be brave and try to install springs/shocks myself or pay a shop to do it.

Thanks NickStam... I am leaning towards H&R/Konis suspension setup and seems pretty difficult with the modifications that is needed to be performed on my struts. If I decide to go with H&R/KYB AGX then I might venture it on my own.

congrats Miguel... just wait till you drive around now and more heads turn, IMHO the rear of the max looks a little strange without a spoiler, but there are lots of people around here who don't have one.... so that look is definitely cool too just.... whatever floats your boat.... good stuff regardless...

Thanks guys for all the encouragement. I'll try to post some pics as soon as I can.

How difficult did you find it to do the tails? How you like the red/clear setup? Is that the one you went with or all clear?
