What happened

He caused the accident i had the right-of-way...coming towards you in the picture...he went to make a left turn from the other side of the road into that side street you see in the pic...I was already passing the street when all of a sudden he decides to swing...and BANG!!!!!...rail bent and hit drive pully, both airbags deployed...To top it off, His insurance valued the car at $16k but the policy he had only covers up to $10k...so i lost out...i only had liability on my INS...really sux...Car haven't crossed 50k miles yet...now you understand why I hate toyotas now??...

 

 

supras are pretty cool though, you have to admit. People should be put in jail for not having adequate insurance.

 

you're right, Supras are cool, its about the ONLY toyota I like and wouldn't mind owning!! People should really be put in jail that don't have adequate Insurance...to make the situation worse...the driver had just came to the country from mexico or so and didn't have a license...he didnt even own the car!!!....I wanna kill em....j/p

Sue him, sue him, sue him. If it is his fault sue him for the worth of your car and the fees for the lawyer.

 

already working on it....I took the $10k for the car, so i cant sue him anymore for the remaining value for the car....however, accident caused a bulged disc in my lower back, so I'm hitting him hard for that one!!!!

Make sure you get paid off for your damages and losses. That is crazy...... oh yeah, if anything survived on the car, strip it and sell it to the people here on the forums There are plenty of voltures looking for stuff..

 

Damn, I hope you're all right bro. But, maybe now, you'll carry more insurance than just liability. For me it was only like 50-60 bucks more a month to have FULL coverage, thank god I haven't had to use it yet, but when the time comes around, that extra 50 bones a month will be worth it. Definetly get him for that injury, and maybe for your next car you should check out the new Camary
