Center Channel

I want to create a center channel and mount it in the dash. I know that I could just splice a left or right speaker, but is there any way to get a true center?

Kenwood has a center channel speaker that is the same size as a single din stereo. If you have a single din cd player, tv, in the dash the center channel speaker mounts underneath your stereo. You do lose your pocket. Check it out on there website www.kenwoodusa.com

Use the same mid/tweet you have on the left and right. This way you have the same tone quality. Bridge a pair of channels from a small to medium size 2 channel amp. Mount the pair right under the center dash vent hole, or cut a hole in the dash. There is plenty of space in the center between the vent and the shift lever. I still can't afford the 5.1 processor or the extra amp channels.
