Continue to e-mail and call Mobiletek. Use persistence, but do not use any forum I moderate as a bully pulpit.

Common sense would also tell me to use the search function and see when he is or has been on lately and possibly look at some recent posts to see if he has stated he's going to be gone or very busy, etc. In addition, PM's may get you contact as well.
