When you were negotiating prices for your Acura, what did they try to sell you? Tell me if you paid for the following, and why are they/not necessary:

- Extended warranty/exhanced road-side assistance. ($350)
- Paint protection/leather protection/fabic protection.
undercoating/sound deadener ($600)
- disability/death insurance protection on the LEASE ($1000)

 

when i was buying my max..the one i bought didn't have the "maxima" floor mats...it just so happened that the dealer had a max and took his mats out and put them in my car..pretty sweet...

 

You might get more responses on an Acura forum than a Maxima one.

 

When I was buying my used Maxima the dealer asked me if I want extended warranty plan and I said no. He didn't even ask why.

 

With both of my Maxima's, the dealer tried to talk me into buying a 4 banger Frontier... idiot!...

 

i think they just tried to push extended warranty

 

My dealer didn't give a flying fock about the extended waranty. He said he makes no money off it.
