Help RE: "popping Noise" TSB

hey I was on Mdeal's page, http://www.fourthrock.com/maxima/issues/issues.html and it says theres a poppoing noise from the right front wheel, I posted a lil while back about that and you guys mostly said cv joints but there supposedly all good. step dad claims its how i let up off the clutch anyone have a link to that tsb?
