Cany you modify Tokico Blues to accept Koni's

Folks,

Has anyone ever modified their Tokico "Blues" (not the stock black ones) to accept the Koni inserts? Does it follow the same procedure as the black and CAN IT BE DONE? Any help would be appreciated.

I've been told you can't because the shape inside the shock body is slightly different.
