I have a 1997 Maxima SE. 156k on the odo. I still have the stock BOSE headunit in there and most of teh buttons have fallen off. Does anyoen know where I can purchase replacements? I know that at one point in time, someone sold an "overhaul" kit for the '97 BOSE.

 

When I had my 97 I looked on Ebay and bought a 6 pk from an 02 Pathfinder. You can also use the radio from an 02-03 350Z, both radios btw are plug and play but the Pathfinder sits flush while the Z radio sticks out about 1/8th of an inch.

 

if ur asking whether u can fix the headunit you cant. Same thing happened to me and I got a new headunit. The bose speakers sound good with an aftermarket headunit.
