super white bulb for clearance light?

is there a super white or halogen bulb of any sort that i can buy for the clearance lights? which one should i buy and where? All of my other bulbs are bright white, but my clearance lights have that ugly, yellowish factory tint. thanks.

Try cutting off the top notch off the bulb. It's the notch closest to the bulb, then put the bulb in with the lower notch in where the top was. Does that make sense? Maybe not. The bulb then works at 27w all the time, no more yellow!
