How much extra time for rear main seal change while doing clutch?

I'm having my clutch and rear main seal replaced by a mechanic and I want him to replace the rear main seal the right way by removing the oil pan. I don't know if he was planing on doing it this way and would like to know how much extra time this will take him. He seems very fair and I just want to pay him fairly as well.

Thanks for any help.

I know a lot of the guys on here would be able to fly through this, but in reality it will kill another 2 hours or so doing it right. This means draining the oil, removing the exhaust, center member, both oil pans and the rear seal. Don't forget the time it takes to scrape all that silicone gasket material off the pans in order to get a good seal with the new stuff. Remember to get 2 new o-rings for the upper pan, and the oil pan lip seals also. Messy job, not fun.

In my opinion add at least another $100 labor + parts to the total.
