SES light comes on ONLY in certain conditions...HELP v.EVAP
Hey guys my Service Engine Soon light has come on three times since I've owned my car.
edit: this is a 2002 SE 6MT
The codes are always the same they are EVAP coes...
0455 Large Leak
1456 Small Leak
It was 0455 the first time and it has been both of them the two subsequent times. This ONLY happens when I'm in stop and go traffic for more than about 10 minutes. I'm not at all sure what is causing this but it is very annoying. I can reset the codes and they do not come back for months. But once again tonight I went down to Tulsa, got stuck in their ****ty *** traffic and BOOM after about 15 minutes the light comes on. There's no drop in performance, no drop in mileage, nothing. I had just under half a tank of gas if that matters...not sure about the other times.
Thoughts? I have done some searching on these codes and on EVAP and there is some info out there but given my specific circumstances aka stop and go driving could someone provide some help/insight on where to start?

The EVAP canister is right behind the drivers side rear wheel its a rectangular plastic box.
Which I just checked along with all the hoses/tubing and no issues that I could see...gas cap perhaps?
