One of my headlights doesnt work, and it looks the connection to one of the bulbs is all corroded... even changing the bulb doesnt make a light come on.

Has anyone had any probs running hyper white bulbs and making the connection corrode out or anything?

Also, my gas mileage is so f-ed... I will get about 380 miles to a tank of highway miles... and only about 235 for city

you should be thankful dude, i get BARELY 200 Miles to the tank in city... i just don't get it! at first a few weeks ago i got like 225, then 200, and today i'm only getting 180... wanna trade cars? LOL j/k

i wouldn't complain about 380 miles highway driving... (are u complaining about that?) 235 city is sucky, but it's not an accurate way to measure fuel economy by miles per tank... Go fill up to the TOP, record the amount of miles you drove since u left the gas station.... when the light turns on, go and fill up to the TOP again, check how many gallons it took you to fill up.... divide the amount of miles you drove by the amount of gallons that fit into your tank upon the 2nd fill up. That will give you an accurate measurement of mpg... For the record; I was getting 180 "miles per tank" in my 93 SE, changed everything, still sucked... Calculating MPG revealed a whopping 13 mpg.

 

I have been getting 15 mpg in the city. After the intake and cooler temperatures...I get about 18 mpg in the city. Haven't taken a long trip yet.

 

there melted. either lose the hypers and buy a new plug
for like $2.50 and run stock bulb
or get the upgraded harness to run those hypers.
