WTB: Complete 00VI with pathfinder throttle body

I am looking for a complete 00VI with everything needed to install and then use the car without any problems. So that means with a RPM switch too. Also if possible would like a pathfinder throttle body hopefully with the kit if not then I am looking for a pathfinder throttle body as well.

I am looking to spend under $450 shipped to my door.

Thanks
Stephen

good luck finding all the parts for $450. I would start looking for parts instead of waiting for some one to sell you everything. Not too often that people sell everything that's needed together. And having your car work right after install is up to you, not anyone selling parts. It's how well you do the work. Have you read the info on this swap? You know what parts you're looking for?

I have a brand new MEVI that I am thinking of parting with....I will know within the next month or so. It has everything needed minus the RPM switch that can be purchased from Summit Racing for under $50 bux. If so, we can work out arrangements to pick up, as youre only 10 mins away.

IMO a MEVI is a much more simplistic and easier VI install with less headaches down the road for your DD. The only reason why the MEVI is still sitting in the garage is because I don't think I will bring my car up to 5000 rpms as much as I would like... Let me know if youre interested.

I'm surprised to see that someone has most of the stuff. I would take mazzivart up on his offer. I have an msd rpm switch Im selling as well that you can add to mazzivarts stuff. I would go with 00vi. A MEVI without an upgraded ecu doesn't really offer any gains. 00vi is a better choice IMO even tho the install is more complex.

yeah you have a lot of the parts. Not the way I went but you're parts should be fine as long as the OP knows what he's doing and isn't like all the new guys that buy parts then ask the forum how to install them. Just judging by his first post I wasn't sure he knew the info because he didn't specify which of the 8 setups he wanted to use. So I'm hopping he posts again to clarify things.

I have a complete vi I removed from an 01 I30. I also have the rpm switch and the iacv Plate. Included Upper, lower intake. Rails and injectors. Front coils, Rear coils and valve cover. All the bolts and the brackets for the rear supports. The rear wiring harness for the rear coils. Stock bare tb from the 01 i30. Agr block of plate for the block and the intake. The rpm switch is summit and the plate was from matty. I might have a few more odds and ends from it but if it was needed I think I have it here. 450 shipped for all if it.

Thanks for the offer man, but I would rather go with the 00VI as I dont have to play with the ecu to get some good gains.

Could you provide me with some pictures please either post here or send me an email at littledudeley@comcast.net

You have everything I would need besides my personal addition of the pathfinder throttle body, but except for that you have everything needed.

No you would need another adapter plate for the PF TB. Have you done research on this yet?

I have done a lot of research on this I have been researching way before I made this thread. While when I said pathfinder throttle body I thought it was obvious I would need one as well so I didnt bother listing it.

You may think I am a noob and haven't done my research and think I dont know how to work on my car but I have done plenty of mods on my car, which is why I have decided to take on the task of a 00VI. I am not tryign to be an *** but not everyone on this board that doesnt have thousands of posts isnt always a noob.

that wasn't my point. And not everyone with a couple thousand posts thinks they are smarter then guys with not a lot of posts...don't judge me either just cause you think I'm judging you. My point is that there is a lot of info on this. Like you want to do the 00vi and plan on buying from deoncollins stuff which is good. You said you wanted to pay 450. He said 450 to your door which is a great price. But with the setup he has you will run rich and not gain that much power because of the bad A/F ratio with the bigger injectors. That's why I asked if you did research because with the 450 you'll need a VAFC or SAFC to tune the 00vi which is over $100. Then you still want a pf tb, which is about 100 plus the adapter that costs about 45. But if Jason R gives a good price you're good on that stuff. But you still need something to tune the 00vi or it's not worth it.
