I have a brand new, never installed Stage II Lower Tie Bar (LTB) made my matt93se (BlehmCo Suspension). I bought it when they first came out but never installed it. It's made of 3/4" heavy-wall steel tubing, weighs ~ 6 lbs. The one I have is painted black instead of being powdercoated so I'm selling it for a bit less.

The LTB is designed to tie the front suspension together to provide sharper steering response and better handling overall. The Stage II (as opposed to the cheaper, simpler Stage I) adds an additional frame mount behind the control arms to provide more strength and reduce chassis flex even more.

I also have some OEM suspension parts for sale, will photograph and post later this weekend but if you're interested, feel free to ask. OEM rear struts in good condition, also have SE coil spring/strut assembly complete with all mounts and brackets, perfect if you are looking to do a complete swap but you'll have to replace struts and any worn out rubber components.

SO, these will not clear Cattman headers setup? this was stated on the info link. I was thinking of getting the headers later on.

no this bar will not clear the Cattman headers.

 

I'm guessing it won't either, I bought them when they first came out and I'm pretty sure they didn't clear them then.

If you have Cattman headers, you're probably better off contacting matt directly to see if he has a newer design.

 

i doubt it since Matt has stopped making the bars and i dont think he got around to making the ones that would clear the equal length headers.

 

does anyone know if i will have clearance issues? right now i have the j claw traction bars plus the pfi turbo kit w/ 3# exhuast?
