FS: 02-03 headlight lens + 00-01 foglight + Gauge cluster/parts
1. lenses sold
2. Foglight $30 shipped
Drivers side 00-01 OEM nissan foglight, the lens has typical markings from road debris but lens is clear w/o haze. Only defect on this unit is it is missing the plug, otherwise in excellent condition

3.Gauge cluster parts $20 shipped
-Top cluster is from a 00 5speed, does not work + no clear plastic. the SE gauges in the bottom of photo belong to this cluster, the faces were melted and warped during a botched attempt to make gauges brighter by using higher wattage bulbs, only the gas gauge escaped damage
-Bottom cluster is from a 00 auto - functioning fine when gauges pulled...somewhere around 105K on the odometer

would it be easy to put my gauges in the 00 auto speedometer? mine doesn't really work from 0-20 and jumps after a little. since you've had a lot of experience with it what do you think? thanks!
from what you describe, it sounds more like the gauge itself rather than the cluster, i have had similar symptoms after incorrectly removing the needle from gauges...gets stuck, sweeps slowly, ect.
as bad as it looks in the pic, the speedometer gauge does function; if you were to switch the motors it may take care of your problem.
