Ticking sound when i turn on the heater

Hi, When ever I turn on the heater or A/C to blow towards my feet I always begin to hear a ticking sound. When I set it to blow anywhere but my feet it is fine. Any ideas how this can be fixed ?

mine does this too but goes away if i switch the lever on the very left, it changes it from where it comes from i think

I think it's a bad blend door motor.
I know it's been covered here at least once before

Mine does that too. I hear it on the passenger side. But with a busted thermostat I've got bigger problems.

You probably have leaves or stuff in your blower and core. Pull the blower motor and clean it out. It could also do some good to wash out your A/C coil and let it drain out your fire wall.
