First thing to check is if the bleeder screw is on top of the caliper. If not then they are on the wrong corner of the car.

I believe youre supposed to start with the caliper furthest away from the resevoir (passenger side Rear) and work your way up front to the driverside front. that's probably why it's so spongy and terrible.

1. make sure you're not ghettoing out and using banjo bolt brake lines.
2. check for leaks on all fittings you touched during the conversion.
3. look for brake fluid leaking form the caliper piston seals, body, and bleeder screw.
4. bleed again (any order you want- doesn't make that much difference) making sure you keep the master cylinder full and bleed ALL the air from the system.

if you have ABS, check the manual to make sure you're doing it right. I forget if the engine has to be on/off/ign on or whatever to bleed a system with ABS. make sure you're doing that, as it's critical with an ABS car.

You want the bleed furthest from the master cylinder to the closest last.

RR is correct
LF is the closest unfortunately. So that's the wrong order.

If you just change the calipers, you don't have to bleed the entire car (assuming you didin't let the M/C fluid level drop below the minimum...

In any case, you definitely need to bleed it more. Also make sure to pump the pedal a few times with the car off to bleed air out of the ABS system (also pull ABS fuse when you do this).
