My sub stopped working after i installed my new deck

posted on the audio forum but no luck, i threw my bose away and installed a new flipout everything is workng good except the subwoofer(stock) won't work any more, i used the special harness (didn use the speaker wire used the amp outputs) the harness had total 4 RCA plugs which is for front and rear left and right and thats all the wires left any idea why the sub won't work i need the sub bad.

There should be a blue wire on both the harness and the deck, you will have to connect that to turn on that amp remotely. It should derive its signal from the signals given off by the speakers as well.

Don't know if I'm going the right direct, but do you need to turn on the pre-amps?
