How to install new springs and struts

Im purchasing some KYB GR2s and Eibach springs, and how hard is it and how do you install them. Any help or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Anthony

There are a ton of write ups but you will need an afternoon, spring compressor, and a good set of wretches/sockets.
