Will PIAA 2100 series fit 4th gen?

Will PIAA 2100 series fit 4th gen?
My ride is a 99 GLE without factory fog lamps. Been thinking about adding a set of fog lamps.
My question is, will the PIAA 2100 series lamps fit the fog lamp opening of our 4th gen bumper? If so, will the mounting need a lot of work?
The wiring should not be a problem. The wiring harness and the fog lamp relay have been there already. Also I plan to run an independent switch for fog lamps instead of the combo switch for fog lamps.
