LTB hits LCAs...notch LCAs?

I took my car to a new, reliable mechanic and he noticed Matt's stage 2 LTB is pretty much resting on the LCAs (IIRC), and there is evidence that they bang against each other quite often. He mentioned I could notch the LCAs to get some space back, but I'm thinking there has to be another way to correct this problem. I haven't heard of other people with this problem, so I'm wondering if the LTB was somehow installed incorrectly. Maybe it could be fixed by adding a few more spacers?
Anyways, I don't want to spend $200 to notch the LCAs, but I will if I have to. Do you guys have any ideas about how to resolve the issue? I wish I had pics, but I forgot the bring my camera.

OK, I got the car back up a lift and took some pics. Matt brought up a good idea in a PM: I ran over a deer going 70 mph last year, and there's a good chance the LTB was bent. I don't remember what it looked like new, but here's what it looks like now:
From the rust it looks like the two have hit each other many times. Is this normal?

This can't be good:

The next pic was supposed to show the curvature of the LTB, but it didn't turn out very well. Is it supposed to be completely straight or is there a slight bend in it?

And here are some pics of the TBs for the hell of it

And this bolt isn't looking too happy:

Thoughts?

The rubbing isn't the control arm itself. that's the bracket that holds the rear bushing in place. why it's rubbing I don't really know. I'd check the tightness of the bolts holding that bracket in place.

no, the front bar is not supposed to be bent like that. you whacked it good. that's probably enough to have lifted the car off the ground.

as long as your alignment is still in spec, I woulnd't worry about the bends tho..

What about the clearance under the crossmember?

Wouldn't worry about it unless it's causing problems. just rubbing on it won't do anything but mar the paint.
