How do you remove the wiring connector from a Bose HU?

How do you remove the wiring connector from a Bose HU?
How does this "pull off" form a 2002 Maxima? Simply pull or does some lever need to be pushed?

they are a pain theres a spot you need to push down on and pull out but they stick pretty good I pushed with a small screw driver and pryed and it should come out.
