The official VE love thread.:007:

OK restoration and modification is still in early stages. I just did some crispy new leather. I have to replace my driver side fender so all my front end pieces will line up. There is a dent in one of the rear quarter panels before a hang the rear valence and paint everything. I'll post it up when it's done. Trunk spioler and all. I'll use a better camera too.

Brian,i wish you would bite the bullet and join us again with a newtooyouu ve
I know you don't have any "feelings" for a car so to speak, but you have to admit, the 3rd gen does have a small place in your heart somewhere, unlike the cars you've owned since..

Naw, as long as you completely dry the engine/electrical connections,ALTERNATOR with the leaf blower, you will not have any problems,I do this to my engine on a monthly schedule, weekly in the summertime with no issues whatsoever.
but it's hard to justify spending money on it since the Subie beats it in every way except power (which can easily be remedied)

i meant his. i have a fondness for that kind of rim but was curious what size he was using. I'll probably use 17s tho, because i think i'd like a tiny bit more metal showing, but his looks nice as-is too. plus the tire width vs rim width changes how the sidewall flexes as well (as displayed by Aaron's MT slicks when he got wider rims). I think that overall 16s and 17s look best on our cars... I'm not much for skinny skinny rubber. tho I'm rocking stockers right now, and hopefully will have better tires to use on tuesday.
anyhow i'm done post whoring since i own a VG.
