Bluetooth Rear View Mirror - Any good?

I went to Nissan few days ago to pick up touch up paint and ran into a nice device displayed in the parts section. Its a bluetooth rear view mirror. Its not made by nissan but they sell it. I tried to take a pic but can only read the first 4 letters that say novo....

I remember how it looks and tried to search for it and came across this which looks identical and has identical features. It even comes with a bluetooth headset.

I'm wondering if we can have this communicate with car speakers instead of the little speaker phone in back of the mirror. if this is the case, this may also work with music on the phone. Just curious if anyone has seen it. Nissan sells it for 150

that is really really gay IMO.....more pointless bling for people who want every gizmo and gadget they can get on their car. Kind of like electric-folding rear seats on SUV....

In a lot of states talking on a cell phone will get you pulled over and given a ticket with points. NJ will be cracking down on people starting March 1st. This is not just a gimmick anymore.
