Screen doesnt have alot of scratches. Noticible in the sunlight , but still in great shape. Inlcludes everything, including the adapter to plug it into a 5th gen radio harness ( Non-bose, Not sure if the 4th gen radio harness is the same, if so, it'll work for that too ).
