Check engine light is blinking while the car is running...WTF?
Hey, guys, I changed the radiator yesterday, flashed the ECU and everything. And today, when I was driving, the check engine light started to blink while the car is running. What does that mean? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It's not 'probably' a misfire when the CEL flashes. Codes may or may not tell which cylinder it's on. Is it missing consistently at idle? Start unplugging coils, pinpoint the specific cylinder.
What do you mean you 'flashed' the ECU when you installed your new radiator?

I just had this same problem. CEL started blinking, and car making wierd exhaust noises, as well as really bad stuttering like it wanted to stall, but never did.
Got the code from Autozone, Cylinder 4 misfire. I changed the coil pack, All better.

Blinking CEL
From the FSM, EC-192:
"When a misfire is detected which will overheat and damage the three way catalyst, the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) will start blinking..If the misfire frequency decreases to a level that will not damage the three way catalyst, the MIL will change from blinking to lighting up..."
So that's why your CEL is blinking. The misfire is bad enough to damage your catalyst.
