Went to start car and Turned key on Battery light stayed on. Cranks fuel pump kicks on. But no juice to anything no horn or even radio. The car won't start at all. Could it be the ignition relay?

ECU is w/o power? Check the fusible links, ECU cont relay, fuses, then +12V pwr supply at ECU

my bet is on a burned/corroded fusible link, or possibly the ignition switch.

I bet it's his screwed up turbo setup causing all the issues with his car over the past few months..

Dude, fusible links don't just "burn out" for no reason...Something awry with the electrical system causes it...Do you have any "extra non factory" things wired into your electrical system?
