I'm planning on buying a 2002 summer of next year, and I've got a question on the interiors of the SE and GLE. Right now I have a '97 GLE and I saw a pic of the interior of a 2002 SE and I'm wondering about the AC controls. On mine they are digital but on the SE they weren't. To be honest the controls on the SE looked like something out of a Sentra. Are the digital controls only available on the GLE?

 

They are available on the SE as well.. I think you need to purchase the comfort and convenience package.. otherwise the bose system and climate control comes with this.. my dad has it on his 2k.

 

If you would like to have the automatic temperature control on the Se model, you have to order the SE Leather Package, which also includes a 2 way memory driver's seat. For 2002 the All Maximas, including the GXE come standard with the Comfort and Convenience package.

 

If the ATC comes with the CC package standard then i'll have to disagree. I have the 02 SE and don't have the memory seats nor the ATC.
