Looking for an amp

I'm looking for a sub amp for around $300-350. It needs to put down 1000rms at 1 or 4ohms. Give me your opinion on brands and what not.

You could probably find a used RF T10001bd in that range. 1000w RMS @ 1 ohm

i do like the RF T10001bd. I can't seem to find an orion for sale. Also i need an amp that will take a 4 guage not 0/1 guage. That's insane for an amp. Are there any other amps? Preferably on the non-consumer side so i dont have the same brands my local best buy has. And im looking for a bit of sq also not just plain bass.
