im gonna be raising my max back up to stock height with se springs pretty soon. Im pretty sure my strut bearings are wrecked and want to get new ones for the install. The Nissan strut bearings are a cheesy plastic type. is there any upgrade out there that is gonna be more reliable.

I haven't seen any "upgrade" strut bearings out there. I'd go with Nissan OEM as they'll be better than aftermarket brands. I don't think the OEM ones are that bad though, really...they lasted 110k on my car before making noise.

yea I would go with Oem strut bearings. I would also check the mounts too, see if there in good condition.

guess the answer is a no. thanks guys. on lowered springs, the strut bearings break pretty easy. in my experience anyway. since im gonna be one stock springs, it shouldnt be a problem. stock nes also run kinda high for 2 pieces of plastic. around 30 bucks if i remember right.
