97 black supercharged max, is it worth it

today i found a maxima for sale

it has the following mods:

1.carbon fiber dash kit
2.i30 leathers
3.black housing headlights and clearance lights
4.sarona black mesh grille
5.stillen lip kit
6.tein coilovers
7. ionic dynamics carbon fiber spoiler
8.red/clear tail lights
9.magnaflow exhaust (sounds like a z)
10. vortech supercharger
11.massive front mount intercooler
12.whipple bov

the car is auto. and has 106,000 body has a few scratches but i didnt see any dents not even small dings, it needs a new belt for the supercharger and a new knock sensor which they are going to change, and they are asking $6500 before trade in obviously

Buy it and strip it. move the parts onto your car. Then re-sell the stripped car.

I wouldn't buy a modded car. I think its more fun to buy a stock car and mod it yourself.

overall not a bad deal... pretty good price imo for the niles and if it is in the good condition u say it is.... less then 2 years ago charged maximas were going for 12-13k but they were much more done up with less then 80k.

on the pics. Whereabouts is the car located? Private or dealer? Judging from the price I would say private. Dealer would try to rob ya even more I would imagine...not that $6500 is a horrible price though.

Ha ha, everyone wants to see pics so they can try to buy it out from under you. Freakin vultures.

I'd stay away, unless you know the cars history, it can easily be a ticking time bomb.

Any more details on the supercharger setup? If it was running heavy boost, I'd be worried about the auto tranny.

You say that pretty nonchalantly.

Sounds like an o.k. deal if it's in good shape. Leather seats? ABS? Electronic Climate Control? Homelink? Etc.?

P.S. What the heck are "i30 leathers"??

if you buy it make sure you are going to have extra money to have the tranny and supercharger rebuilt in the near future

Brockton..... 103k....... Hummm

Hey, seriously though, can you PM me where it's at? I have ZERO desire to buy it, but I'd like to go test-drive it and go through it, I actually love nit-picking cars.

it's SC'd ... so you know they were hard on it .... who wouldn't be though ??? lol Also, they probably traded it in and bought a G35 or Z ... or if they were smart, another Maxima!
