Now, we all know the CAI is great for HP, but I was thinking today the filter that PR sends with it is just a regular CONE. Now, what if someone dynoed with it, then put on a high velocity one like this one: http://www.5thgenmaximas.com/russmax.../2kintake8.jpg

Would this provide better airflow and a little bit more hp or tq? I know when I tried it it made my CAI much quieter, but it also felt peppier. Any ideas?

I think it would suck that much more air but it just adds more filter area
