stall from a hard stop!? WEEEEEIRD

stall from a hard stop!? WEEEEEIRD

ok so last night i was on the way around 2 AM and the light turned yellow and i thought could make it but changed my mind and slammed on the brakes. hit a puddle and slid past the stop line............then my car stalled??

why would that happen?
its fine now....but very odd

if your a manual, you could of locked up your breaks for a second, and didnt disengage the clutch, witch it caused it to stall....but also, when im driving like at 3k rpm, and push in the clutch, my car acts like its about to die...revs drop to 300, and then jump back up

thats what it could be, or some dirt got stirred up and blocked the gas enough when you stopped to stall it.
