Buying Magnaflow muffler: Street series or Race series?

Im going to buy a Magnaflow muffler for my Maxima and I don't know whether to buy a Street series or Race series muffler. I'm looking for performance and a good sound. I know that I'm not going to see any huge gains or anything but it's still a factor. I have a Stillen y-pipe and Budget b-pipe if that makes any difference. If anybody has any sound clips of either series please post them. (I looked in the exhaust thread but nobody says what series they have)

Im prob one of the few maximas with a magnaflow muffler. I have a custom mandrel bent pipe cat back with a street series 2 1/4 inch muffler. Magnaflow is a straight through muffler so its pretty decent. With my intake setup the car gets pretty loud however, if you like the super loud drone noise get the race series.

His point was that the OEM A33 muffler is better...

The race series mufflers are only for those cars that are bound by regulations to keep it below a certain dB. As in, the rules in different forms of racing have a limit to the 'loudness' of the cars, they use race series mufflers to get below that limit without losing any power.

Get a street series.

Alright, thanks for all the responses everybody. I have a question for everyone saying that the A33 muffler is better. This post says that the 5th gen muffler barely improves performance and needs to be welded to fit. Can anybody explain why this muffler is a better choice than the Magnaflow.
