Does anyone know what the switch is for immediately below the hood release? Sorry I don't have a camera, but it's silver colored and toggles from left to right. I don't see anything about it in any manuals I've read. Thanks!

its the NOS!!... lol.. yeah prolly alarm system... or try to pull the panel down there off n see where teh wire leads to?
