Gasket Matched Lower Intake Manifold

Just like the title says I gasket matched a lower intake manifold with plans to install it in my car but like so many others my plans have changed and now it's for sale.

30.00 with a used but in good condition gasket

What do you mean by gasket matched? I'm looking for a 4th gen lower for my oovi so I can match the ports up with the 5th gen UIM and reduce down time.
