This has been sitting in my shed for months now, so I've decided to sell it since i'm strapped for cash at the moment.

what's it made out of?

 

Its made out of Fiberglass - and its not the cheap see through kind. I think its definitely got a few layers to it - and also has some kind of finishing on the exterior - basically ready for primer & paint.

I also have the missing side grill inserts somewhere.

is it drilled and prepped to be mounted? just missing primer + paint?

 

Pretty much - take a look at these 2 additional pictures - you can see the mounting holes along the edge (thats how it came) and also the mounting for the bumper lights.
