off on parts? My dealer lets customers print out a coupon from the web and pick up any genuine part for 20% off list. I think it's convenient that way. They're probably giving up 1/3 of their margin by taking 20% off list *lol*

 

Try getting a friendship going with the personnel…it helps.
For example, the salesman I have here in Atlanta gave me the Hookup with the head mechanic at the nissan dealer. Whenever I need service I go to him. I bought front and rear brake pads for my max and the mechanic took it around to the back and put them on during his lunch break and only charged me $40.00
I gave him $60.00 for his time though. Hookups help during during these times we live in.
