WTB: Pushout drawer only found in 99SE or 99SEL's

Looking for the push out drawer that is under the radio and found only in 99SE's and 99SEL's. It will be going in my newish 98 Max.

Push-out drawer must be in excellent condition and in working order.

Pics are a must, as well as a price.

Thanks.

Wiz

Here's what I'm talking about for reference...

What's the difference between that and the earlier year ones?

FWIW, 68475-4U010...Courtesy has them at ~$50ish, I'm sure Dave could do you better than that.

Hmmmmmm......Well, my memory is a bit fuzzy on this one. Both Ptatohed and Dave B. told me that only 99SE and 99SEL's came with the push-out drawer. This is what I've come to understand and have seen for years looking at other member's cars etc. Now you got me thinking again.

What's weird is that I just looked at all my Maxima brochures 95, 96, 97,98, and 99 and they all show the push-out drawer! What's even weirder is in some pictures it shows a flip out drawer in a GLE and in another picture it shows a push-out drawer in a GLE as well. WTH???

Dave quoted me quite a bit more than $50, and he's always cheaper than Courtesy that I don't bother comparing anymore. Checking out Courtesy now! Thanks for the tip! I bet I could get Dave B to beat their price.

The generic A32 pushout drawer is 40U00, '99+ is 40U10, in case you get it somewhere else.

The black one was only available on 99 SE's
The earlier year ones were only available in woodgrain which only the GLE came with.

Wiz,

This way off topic but can you please explain what the hell is going on with that sound system you've got?

Did you remove and cut in half the face plate(s) on your OEM Bose unit? Are you using them to hide your new HU?

Your 1st photo shows the bottom half of the Bose face plate with your Kenwood(?) above and behind it and your 2nd photo shows the top half of the Bose.

WTF?

Security faceplace FTW!

On a side note, it looks really clean, much cleaner than I've seen others do on this site

Yes, I dissected my 99 OEM radio to make a fake face to hide my Kenwood DD unit. Once I took it apart, it just became two pieces. I fused them together plus a ton of other stuff to make it uber slim and hide my stereo. These pics you see are super old, but all I could find with closeups of the drawer in question.

If interested, see this thread I started a while back.
