both fox bodys ,the first one was a race through traffic, starting about half a car behind would pull to a full car length to about 109mph but would shut it down due to traffic and flash his hazerds, the 3rd time we start from 40mph i go to 2nd and stay ahead with him at my back door until i screw up shifting to 3rd and he pulls half a car on me and stays there till a little over 100mph when we slow for traffic.last race he's right at my bumper at 80mph i go to 3rd and stay about a car length ahead, by about 118mph i gain about 1/2 and flash my hazerds he does the same and takes an exit.could'nt go over 120mph without leaving the road.2nd mustang saw me racing and flies past me and slows down and waits for me to get behind him before he punches it,this guy was probley close to stock or auto because he got passed at the top of 3rd gear,we started from about 60mph.we stop at a light and he gives the thumbs up and does a smokey burnout

 

Aww don't roll your eyes, thats a good show of sportsmanship on his behalf

Hopefully he will run a 6spd Max soon! Looking forward to hearing the various results.

Good kills.Those mustangs just dont have the agility at those speeeds(120)compared to the handling of the max

 

Awesome! I actually had no idea that a 5spd could keep up with the Mustang 5.0. Thats cool though, a 4dr family car vs. a 2dr American Muscle car. (oh sorry, a 4DSC vs. a 2DSC for those who got offended by the term "Family Car"!)

 

I can't smoke them off the line....but, I can easily beat a 4.6L on the open road.
And, I've beaten both of my friends three times in a row at the AutoCross track.
So, I'm not too impressed either.
