My Bose radio display isnt working and i think it might be time to replace the entire radio. MY main concern is if i get an after market radio will i lose my controls on the steering wheel. I dont want to lose that feature.

You can still keep your steering wheel controls. I purchased an Alpine CDA-9886 CD Receiver CD Receiver and a PAC SWI-JACK JVC/Alp/Clari/Ken Steering Wheel Radio Control Interface and they both work great!
