I had a friends bmw do the same thing. It turned out to be the glove box light staying on even though it was closed.

No corrosion? Whats voltage while cars running? If those are fine, batt is def being drained by something that will most likely be a PIA to find.

While the Vehicle is Ideling, the voltage needs to be at least 13.5, you should be able to turn the blower, and a few other elctronice items on and the voltage still stay about normal.. i had an issue quite recently where my alt went bad, and at Idle with my blower or Any electrical drain whatsoever, my battery would begin to drain, and with its constant drain...

well A new Alternator and battery later.. here i am. :

How old is the battery? Have it load tested to see if it's starting to fail.
Also measure the parasitic(sp?) drain on the electrical system. If it's high, start looking for the cause by isolating circuits by pulling fuses one at a time.
