Changing 2K Fogs - What a PITA!

I just came back to the forums here after a long break - have not posted in several years. I still have the same 2000 SE that I had when I joined the forums 8 years ago!

Anyway, 8 years ago, I changed out the stock fog bulbs and I needed to do it again recently since one of them finally burned out (yes from 8 years ago). Natually I forget the procedure, but remembered it was a royal PAIN to do. I know I did it 8 years ago, but I have not been under my car since then so it was slow going getting those stupid clips out of the wheel well covers. I wish I remembered how those clips worked BEFORE I started prying them out!!! It was cold and windy, and I only managed to do one of the two. I also changed out the headlight bulbs and did those single wide angle colored LEDS on the 4 clear sidemarkers, those look pretty darn good.

Anyway, old member checking back in just to say hello.

yea those fogs are a PITA to change...but once you do it a couple times..you get used to it........Ive done mine at least 3 times in the last couple years......first time was a ROYAL PITA......lol, 2nd time around was to install a HID kit.......WHICH WAS AN EVEN MORE PITA......AND THE last time which was this year was to install a 3000k 50 watt HID kit

where did you get the LED's from? autolumination.com?

Picked up the leds on eBay from a seller called Ileds. These are the inverted cone wide 194 bulbs.

I did the remaining fog bulb yesterday - it went much better than the first bulb the other day.
