Any experience with Spicer strut mounts?

Hi guys, i'm looking to start collecting parts for my new suspension, and came across some strut mounts from a company called Spicer.

Anybody buy these before? Any experience with the company at all?

Well, the thing is, these mounts are $29.00, with the strut bearing included.

Does the $35 stock one include the bearing as well?

I'm just looking to save a bit of money, but not at the expense of quality/safety, which is why I posted this.

Anyone have experience with these? Are they a rebrand of something else, or are Spicer parts manufactured by them?

So...that's good? or bad?

I've read somewhere that Spicer is on the same level as Moog, can anyone confirm?

Check out Monroe assembly on amazon.com...you get mount, bearing, boot and hardware for same price. And rears are like $18.

I got Monroe mounts from my local auto parts store for pretty cheap. 20 something dollars for the fronts. They came with new nuts AND new strut bearings too!

Spicer = NAPA = Carquest = KYB = Moog.

They are all the same. Your typical average aftermarket quality. They are good if you want to save some money.

take your pick...

save a few bucks for the expense of quality... or very possibly safety? or just go the extra 20$ for something you know has been on the vehicle before and has Worked Great.

Your stepping over dollars for dimes here buddy...
